If you are signed up for monthly/weekly coaching or personal training, you can terminate your coaching or personal training program at any time. For monthly/weekly coaching or personal training, you will be charged automatically every month/week until you cancel.
If you do not wish to continue your coaching, please inform the coach or trainer who signed you up through the coaching app, text, call, or email at least 72 hours before your next billing date. It is your responsibility to be aware of your billing date; kindly inquire with the coach or trainer who enrolled you. If your card has been charged, and you intended to cancel but failed to do so in time and seek a refund, you will receive a partial refund. However, you will be charged a 35% late cancellation fee on the processed amount if it is within 24 hours of payment. If it's been more than 24 hours, you will not receive a refund but a credit for our online coaching app, which you can utilize by contacting the trainer who signed you up.
Attend your coaching or personal training appointments as scheduled; it is your responsibility. Appointment reminders will be sent via email and or text and will start and end promptly as scheduled, running for the approximate time you signed up for unless otherwise stated. Delays to the start of a scheduled appointment will not extend the provided service beyond the remaining scheduled time. Coaches or trainers will not exceed the allotted time for a session. A delay to a scheduled session cannot change the session status; it will remain a full session. There are no half sessions due to any delay. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to avoid the penalty of not being able to reschedule within the same week if an opening is available. Cancellations can be made through a call, text, email, or our coaching app. Please leave a voicemail if necessary. Failure to cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled session will result in a charge for the session. Additionally, no carry-over emergency vouchers are permitted. I understand that I will not receive a refund for missed appointments and that no refund will be given if I decide not to complete my coaching or personal training package/program after 24 hours of purchase. A maximum of 2 makeup sessions per month is allowed within your billing cycle, either in person or through our coaching app, based on schedule availability, and must be completed within 1 week after your current billing cycle renewal date. If we cannot schedule a makeup session within the extra week given, you will be provided a video workout to do on your own time through the coaching app. No exceptions will be made. If your coach or trainer cancels on you within 12 hours, you will not lose a session; you will be awarded an extra session, excluding serious emergencies.
NOTE: If you signed up recently and changed your mind within 24 hours and desired a refund, the policy is the same as above. You will receive a partial refund, but a 35% cancellation fee will be charged. If it's been more than 24 hours, you will not receive a refund but credit for our online coaching app.
