If you are signed up for monthly/weekly coaching/personal training, you can terminate your coaching/personal training program at any time. For monthly/weekly coaching/personal training, you will be charged every month/week automatically until you cancel.
In the event that you do not want to continue your coaching, please advise the coach/trainer that signed you either through the coaching app/text, call or email at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. It is your responsibility to know when your billing date is. Please ask the coach/trainer who signed you up. If your card has been charged and you wanted to cancel, but you did not cancel in time, and you want a refund. You will receive a partial refund, and you will be charged a 35% late cancellation fee on the amount that was charged if it is within 24 hours since the payment has been processed. If it's been more than 24 hours, you will not receive a refund but credit for our online coaching app that you can use anytime by reaching out to the trainer that signed you up. It is your responsibility to attend coaching/ personal training appointments when they are scheduled.
Appointments will begin and end promptly as scheduled. Sessions will run the approximate time that you signed up for unless otherwise stated. Any delays to the start of a scheduled appointment will not be a cause to extend provided service beyond the remainder of the scheduled time. Coaches/trainers will not run overtime. A delay to a scheduled session cannot change the session status to anything else except a session. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to incur no penalty. Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to incur no penalty. Cancellations must be made by one of four options: a call, text, email, or through or coaching app. Please leave a voicemail if necessary. If a cancellation is not made by a minimum of 12 hours prior to the scheduled session, you will be charged for the session excluding one emergency per month. In addition, there are no carry-over emergency vouchers. I also understand that I will not receive a refund for missed appointments. I also understand that no refund will be given if you decide not to complete your coaching/ personal training package/ program after 24 hours after purchase. You can only make up a maximum of 2 sessions each month, either in person or through our coaching app, with no exceptions. The make-up sessions will be based on schedule availability and must be made up within 1 week of regulaar business hours of your program/package ending. If we are unable to make up a session within the extra week given, you will be provided a video workout to do on your own time through the coaching app if you are an in-person client. No exceptions will be made. If your coach/trainer cancels on you within 12 hours, you will not lose a session; you will be awarded an extra session, not including one emergency.
