SERVICES PROVIDED


A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness LLC agrees to provide personal training services to the Client, which may include:

- One-on-one personal training (30-minute sessions)
- Online training programs (provided through the A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness app)
- Live virtual training sessions (conducted via the A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness app)
- Nutrition coaching (30-minute sessions) or (conducted via the A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness app)
-Online progress calls (15-minute sessions) (conducted via the A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness app)
- Fitness assessments, including weigh-ins, movement assessments, and body composition analysis
- Any additional services mutually agreed upon in writing

Sessions will take place at A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness LLC, online, or at another agreed-upon location.

Trainer Assignment

- The Client acknowledges that A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness LLC may assign different trainers to conduct sessions based on availability.
- All trainers are certified and qualified to provide professional training services.
- The Client may request a specific trainer, but scheduling will be subject to availability.


PAYMENT TERMS & FEES

- The Client agrees to pay for personal training services according to the selected package or membership plan.
- Payments must be made via [credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods].
- Payment is due [weekly, monthly, or upfront] before services are rendered.
- Late or failed payments may result in session cancellation and/or additional fees.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

- Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
- Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited and not refunded.
- If the Trainer needs to reschedule, the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and a make-up session will be arranged.
- No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, but credits may be applied at the Trainer’s discretion.
- Clients are eligible for two (2) make-up sessions per month: one for sessions canceled with at least 24-hour notice and one for an emergency.
- Make-up sessions must be scheduled and completed within the same month as the cancellation and are subject to trainer availability.
- A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness LLC provides a make-up schedule calendar link for clients to find and book available make-up session times.
- It is the client’s responsibility to reschedule missed sessions using the provided link.


Trainer Cancellation Policy:

- If a trainer cancels within 24 hours, the Client will receive a complimentary make-up session or credit toward a future session.
- The Trainer will notify the Client as soon as possible and reschedule within the same month, subject to availability.

PAUSE POLICY

- Clients may request to pause their training for up to two (2) consecutive weeks per contract period.
- Requests to pause must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance via email to trainers@actionsportfitness.com.
- Sessions will not be extended beyond the original contract end date. Any unused sessions after the contract expires will be forfeited.
- The pause period is subject to trainer availability and must be confirmed by A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness LLC.
- Payments will continue as scheduled during the pause period.
- Clients are responsible for resuming training within the agreed timeframe.


TERMINATION CLAUSE

- Either party may terminate this contract with [7/14] days written notice via email to billing@actionsportfitness.com.
- The Client will not be entitled to a refund for unused sessions unless otherwise specified.
- A.C.T.I.O.N Sport & Fitness LLC reserves the right to terminate this contract for non-compliance, failure to pay, or inappropriate behavior.
