How the Program Works

All training is delivered through the Action Sport & Fitness App, where your personalized program, workout videos, progress charts, and nutrition plans are available 24/7. This allows you to train on your own schedule with complete flexibility, while still receiving expert structure and accountability.

You’ll only meet directly with your coach during bi-weekly video check-ins, where we review your progress, adjust your plan, and address challenges. Between check-ins, you’ll have in-app messaging for support and accountability, ensuring you’re never on this journey alone.

Every plan is personalized to your current fitness level, and begins with a DIY fitness assessment that comes with step-by-step instructions and progress tracking charts so both you and your coach can clearly see your growth from day one.
