Designed for beginner to intermediate participants, this challenge focuses on burning calories and helping you shed pounds in a sustainable, enjoyable way.
Unlike typical weight loss challenges we've had in the past that emphasize nutrition right from the start, the 4-Week Weight Loss Challenge takes a unique approach. We give you what you need: workouts that motivate and energize you, helping you create the right mindset for eventually incorporating nutrition into your fitness journey.
Through dynamic circuit training, we’ll work on building strength, improving endurance, and increasing mobility, all while burning those extra calories.
These sessions are designed to enhance functional movement patterns, helping you move better in daily life.
Each class uses a variety of functional equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, to target key muscle groups. These exercises improve balance, stability, and overall fitness, setting you up for long-term success.
This class is perfect for individuals who may have fallen out of a fitness routine but already have some exercise experience. It’s the ideal way to jumpstart your fitness journey, get back on track, and build your confidence.
Join us and discover the transformative power of functional fitness for weight loss. You’ll find support in a motivating, results-driven community that is here to help you succeed!
Important Note: During the challenge, we ask that you maintain your current eating habits no need to make changes to your diet just yet. We'll provide water during class to ensure you stay hydrated and energized on workout days.
