For all first-time participants, the first week is completely free. To take advantage of this offer, please note that after your initial Monday class, we will need to put a valid credit card on file. This is a necessary step to continue enjoying your free week. If you decide to proceed with our services beyond the free week, a charge of $280 will be applied to your card on the Saturday following your last free class, which is on the first Friday. Should you choose not to continue after the free week, please inform us before the first Friday's class
