The Jump Start Personal Training Package is for you if you are tired of:

  • Getting winded walking up a flight of stairs

During Zoom or In-Person sessions we will diagnose what is holding you back from achieving what your goals are, and provide you with actionable steps you can take immediately to get you progressing in the right direction. Includes 5 sessions.

Breakdown of the Jump Start Personal Training Package Sessions:

Session 1
Will be a 30 or 60 minute fitness & nutrition Consultation. We will help paint a clear picture on how we can help you reach your goals.

Session 2,3,4,5
Will consist of 30 or 60 minute personalized workouts based on what we discussed during session 1.

(REMINDER: Please wear exercise gear, you may sweat a little. Also please bring a face mask if you choose the in person option)
