Our 60-minute Healthy Lifestyle Personal Training Program includes:
- 12 60 minute personal training sessions in a month. (3 sessions a week)

- 1 free nutrition guide
- Pre-workout foam rolling myofascial release
- Corrective exercises to help improve flexibility, and strength
- Post-workout stretch
